This project aimed to promote e-waste recycling while fostering reconciliation and cooperation among youth from diverse ethnic backgrounds in Kosovo. Its overall objective was to improve young people’s access to the labor market and encourage socially vulnerable groups to take an active role in addressing community issues.
One of its key achievements was the production of the first-ever study on e-waste recycling in Kosovo, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future action. By equipping vulnerable groups with employability skills and engaging them in e-waste collection and recycling, the project not only created new job opportunities but also advanced environmental protection and social inclusion.
