In times of immeasurable development of e-services , there is an increased demand that public services and information are in line with citizens’ needs and are made available with a click.
This requires the participation of ordinary users in the process of improving and developing public services. This is precisely the function of eParticipation, together with the inclusion on the decision-making process, facilitating the communication of people with the government, thus allowing them to present their views, comments, complaints as well as advice the government, with the use of new technologies of information and communication.
